- Our team will respond to you within 1-2 business days to discuss all the details.
- We will issue you an invoice for payment. After we process the invoice, our team gets to work.
- You’ll find your template inside of your Blocks account along with the custom blocks. If you don’t have a Blocks account, don’t worry, we’ll set up one for you (it’s completely free). Additionally, we will send you a ZIP archive with the layout of your template to the email specified in the order form.
After we process the invoice, it takes from 3 to 5 business days to create a template. The duration depends on the complexity of the task.
You can use your bank card or transfer the money to our US bank account.
If you don’t like the result, contact our support team at support@useblocks.io and we’ll find a solution together.
All of our templates are responsive! No matter what devices your subscribers use, the email will display correctly.
If you choose to work on your templates in Blocks, you can make all the necessary changes to adapt them for future campaigns.
At Blocks, we use fonts that are optimized to meet email marketing standards. If you prefer custom fonts that are not on this list, we cannot guarantee that they will display perfectly across all email providers.
However, you can give us a link to your custom font, or we will use fonts from Google or Adobe.
