How to create an email in Blocks
There are three ways to create an email in Blocks:
- Start from scratch and use your own code.
- Edit one of our ready-made email templates.
- Import your own template.
Use the method that fits you best.
Use a blank template and your own code
If you take to HTML & CSS like a duck to water then this option is for you. Create an email via the code editor.
Pros
You can create individual email templates that will adapt to any screen resolution.
You can code a complex email, which may not always be possible via a no-code editor.
Cons
You need to be good at HTML & CSS.
It takes more time to code an email instead of building it in an editor.
To choose a Blank template enter a Project and click the Create a new email button in the New emails folder.
Select the Blank template.
An empty email will open. You can add blocks, elements, and empty blocks into it and edit the code of the email.
Choosing a ready-made email template
Blocks has lots of ready-made email templates. Just pick the one you need and edit it.
How to choose a template
To find templates go to a Project and click the Create a new email button in the New emails folder.
A window with templates will open and you will be able to select the one you want.
Just pick the template you like and edit it in accordance to your brand. You can change the colors, text, insert links and images.
Import your own email template
You can upload an already made email via email import.
