    • Data related to your interactions with our service
      • Registration, company and contact information
        We collect information related to you when you register to use our service. This information you provide may include your first and last name, email, photo, preferred language, phone number, company name, website, logo, industry type, contacts, geolocation, preferred currency, social media links. 
      • Payment data
        We do not receive or store your full credit card information, however, when you purchase our Service we will collect transaction information, which may include your credit card information, billing address, and other payment-related information like PayPal account details, transaction ID, invoices. When you use your banking card any credit card information you provide is collected and processed directly by our payment processor Stripe through their Stripe Checkout service. Stripe commits to complying with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) and using industry standard security. Stripe may use your Payment Information in accordance with their own Privacy Policy here: https://stripe.com/legal/link-account-terms.
      • Technical, usage and location data
        We use cookies and similar technologies to collect some of this data. We automatically collect the data on how you interact with Blocks, such as the IP address, which you use to access your account, date and time, information about your browser, operating system and computer or device, pages viewed and items clicked. We may also collect geolocation, including location information automatically provided by your computer or device.
      • Third party platforms
        We may collect data when you interact with our advertisements and other content on third-party platforms, e.g. social media. It may include your reactions to the posts, your profile data or the fact you viewed or interacted with this content.
    • Customer data
      While using Blocks, you may submit various types of data for hosting and processing (“Customer Data”) Customer Data may include:
      – HTML source code of imported and/or created emails and email templates within Blocks editor for further editing, exports and usage;
      – data contained in the created emails and email templates until their deletion;
      – images uploaded to the hosting server for further usage in email templates and emails created within Blocks.

    We use the data we collect about you or you provide to use, including any personal information, to:
  • provide the requested data, products, or services;
  • process your payments and to create and manage your account;
  • send our updates via email, unless you opt out;
  • respond to your inquiries;

  • provide, improve and maintain the Blocks editor, including enhancing and improving the editor, managing our communications, analyzing our customer base, their behavior, our service, and data gathered and performing accounting and other internal functions;
  • protect against, identify and prevent fraud and other unlawful activities, claims or liabilities;
  • comply with and enforce applicable legal requirements, relevant industry standards and our policies.

  1. Email or newsletter policy/Your controls and choices

We comply with the federal CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. We will not send you marketing messages if you have opted out. You can choose not to receive messages in the future by following the “unsubscribe” instructions located near the bottom of each email. We will not share, sell, rent, swap or authorize any third party to use your email address for commercial purposes without your permission. DNT (Do Not Track)

We may use these technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across third-party websites or other online services (behavioral tracking). Certain web browsers allow you to instruct your browser to send Do Not Track (“DNT”) signals to websites you visit, informing those sites that you do not want your online activities to be tracked. We do not currently respond to those signals. If you block cookies, certain features on our sites may not work. If you block or reject cookies, not all of the tracking described here will stop.

  1. Security measures

We use security measures – such as storing your Information in an encrypted format and aggregate form – to avoid the misuse of such Information. In particular, we use Asymmetric Public Key Encryption RSA technology and our database is accessible only by authorized people with special access rights, who are required to keep the information confidential.

However, the safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Website, you are responsible for keeping said password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of the Website like message boards. The information you share in public areas may be viewed by any user of the Website.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Website. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Website.

To do so, please contact us at support@useblocks.io with your name and the information requested to be accessed, corrected or removed, or if you are using the Service, sign in to your account, go to your profile, and make the desired changes. We may decline to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive or systematic, require disproportionate technical effort (for instance, requests concerning information residing on backup servers), jeopardize the privacy of others, would be extremely impractical, or for which access is not otherwise required. In any caseш where we provide information access and correction, we perform this service free of charge, except if doing so would require a disproportionate effort.
