- How do I order a custom template?
- Send us a request. Our team replies within one or two business days to settle the details and issues an invoice. Once it is paid, work starts. The finished template lands in your Blocks account together with the custom blocks — and if you have no account yet, we set up a free one for you. The layout also goes to your email as a ZIP archive.
- When will my template be ready?
- Three to five business days after the invoice is processed, depending on how complex the template is.
- How can I pay for the template?
- By bank card, or by transfer to our US bank account.
- What if I am not happy with the first design?
- Write to support@useblocks.io and we will work it out together — that is what the review round is for.
- Will the template be mobile-friendly?
- Yes. Every template we build is responsive, so it displays correctly whatever device your subscribers read on.
- Will my template be customisable?
- Yes. Kept in Blocks, the template stays editable: change the copy, swap images, rearrange blocks for the next campaign without going back to a developer.
- Why is the font different from the one on my website?
- We use fonts that email clients render reliably. If your corporate font is not among them, we cannot promise it will survive every inbox — but send us a link to it, or we will pick the closest match from Google Fonts or Adobe Fonts.
