Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for eligible products. Digital products are non-refundable unless they were purchased under a trial policy with specific refund conditions. For physical products, a full refund may be granted if items are defective or incorrect upon arrival. Customers must provide proof of purchase.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Return Policy & Process

Physical items can be returned within 30 days if unopened and in original packaging. Customers must contact support to initiate a return, with instructions provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defect.

Cancellation Policy

Subscription services can be canceled at any time; however, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. For appointments or one-time sessions, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.
