Frequently asked questions

Do I need to know HTML for this?

No. That is the point of it. You paste in whatever you were given and carry on clicking — the code side of it is our problem from there.

Will my template look the same after converting?

Yes. Templates from BeeFree and Stripo convert by fixed rules, so the result is exactly repeatable — the same template always comes out the same way, with its fonts, spacing and mobile version intact.

How long does it take?

BeeFree and Stripo templates convert straight away. Anything else is handled by our AI converter and usually finishes in under a minute — you watch the progress while it works.

What if it does not work?

You are told, and you can try again. Nothing happens to the email you brought until a conversion succeeds, so there is nothing to lose by trying.

Can I offer this inside my own product?

Yes. The converter is part of the embeddable editor, and each of its three parts is a separate switch, so you decide what your users get.
