AMP for email
A format that lets an email behave like a small web page — forms, carousels, live content.
AMP for email allows interactive parts inside a message: answering a survey, browsing a carousel or confirming a booking without leaving the inbox. The email carries an extra AMP version alongside the ordinary HTML one.
Support is limited and has to be earned — senders register with the mail providers that accept it. Every AMP email must therefore include a normal HTML fallback, which is what most recipients will actually see.
That fallback requirement is the practical catch: an AMP campaign is two emails to design and test, not one.
