Question: Can I use my own data storage?

Answer

Yes. In the project settings you can connect your own server over FTP or an S3-compatible storage, and the images of that project will be stored there instead of our CDN.

Question: How can I book a demo call?

We host demo calls for companies thinking of using Blocks: we walk you through the features and answer questions about your case.

To book one, open the pricing page and click “Contact us” under the enterprise plan, or write to support@useblocks.io. We reply within one or two business days.

Question: How long are images stored on the server?

Answer

Your images are stored for an unlimited time on our server.

Question: Can several people work on the same project?

Answer

Yes, if they have a Blocks account. Blocks offers different levels of content access.

Question: How do I restrict editing of my email?

Answer

Open the list of email projects → Click on the email you want to restrict access to → Press Lock

Question: Can I filter emails in the project?

Answer

You can filter your emails by name and email tags. There is also a filter by type for blocks.
